Dinos

The Melanorosaurus and Gojisaurus were both dinosaurs of the Triassic Period. That was about 248-206 MILLION years ago!!! The Triassic period had weather to the extreme- hot and dry. One of the worst combinations ever. So, of course, only very special dinosaurs could have survived.



The Melanorosaurus was an herbivore. It was discovered in South Africa. It was approximately 7.5 meters long. Melanorosaurus meant Black Mountain Lizard. It was basically a small Bracheosaurus.


The Gojirasaurus was a carnivore. It was discovered in New Mexico. It was approximately 6.5 meters long. Gojirasaurus meant Godzilla Lizard. They were like velocaraptors.
